Gentle Yoga 
​Tuesday 5:30-6:30 PM 

​Come join Kelli at The Sanctuary to practice yoga indoors. Designed to provide relaxation for the body, mind and spirit with gentle poses. A slow and steady sequence with concentration on being present in the moment. This gentle Hatha class is offered with kindness and compassion empowering the student to find freedom for themselves in their personal practice. Whether you are a novice or an expert, this inclusive class is appropriate for all levels.
As we ease back into reopening and practicing together in person again, class size will be very limited. Registration for your practice is required by 3:00 PM on the day of class. Call The Sanctuary at 508 382-8000 to reserve your spot. Please bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and any props you would like to use. Optional props you should consider bringing include a blanket, blocks, bolster, strap and an eye pillow. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. Masks are required all throughout your practice and your mat must be at least 6’ away from other participants.
Beginner Yoga 
​Wednesday 10-11:15 AM 
Have you ever wanted to try yoga or perhaps revisit the basics? This is the perfect opportunity to manifest your journey. The mind/body benefits of yoga are vast and well worth your inquiry. You will practice yoga in a friendly, kind, relaxed, enjoyable, and inclusive atmosphere. This gentle class will include common postures, proper alignment, props (bring your own), meditation, breathing techniques, terminology, and philosophy. Yin Yoga With Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath During Savasana
Thursday 5:30-6:30 PM  


Come join Kelli in the The Sanctuary to practice yoga indoors. Yin Yoga is designed to safely work the deeper tissues of the body. Gentle pressure is applied to these yin tissues for longer periods of time. This class will be a passive practice where poses are suggested to be held for 1 - 5 minutes. Coming out of poses sooner is always a welcomed option if desired or needed. Whether you are a novice or an expert, this inclusive class is appropriate for all levels. The postures are practiced towards the floor on a yoga mat. Yin Yoga is also designed to open the body’s meridian system. The benefits of Yin Yoga can include more flexibility, better range of motion, increased circulation, balanced internal organs, inner peace and improved flow of Chi. This class will encourage being still and going deep within and noticing what arises. Class will end with a beautiful sound bath during the final resting pose.

Slow Flow Ending With Restorative
Saturday 10:30-11:45 AM

This yoga practice a blissful blend of mindful movement and deep surrender. Class will begin with an intentional sequence of yoga postures to warm the body, focus the mind, and connect to the breath then transition into a restorative posture for savasana encouraging rest, release and complete relaxation.  All levels welcome!
